All orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at the time of ordering. Aisha Najam Khan has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion to its shipping costs, but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to the completion of your order.

Customer Notice Regarding Delivery Times:

Please note that delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email 24 hours prior to dispatch.

Delivery timeframes vary by product and are clearly mentioned on each product page. For items marked with “2–3 Weeks Delivery”, this includes both processing and shipping time.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of product ordered. The delivery charges are non-refundable. In the case of an international delivery, the customer is liable to pay the customs charges as per the policy of the particular country.
