Ordering & Tracking

1. Online Orders & Payment All purchases are made online and require advance payment. We accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and Bank Transfer (only for customized orders).

2. Order Hold for Customized Orders For customized orders paid via bank transfer, your order will be held for 36 hours after you receive a confirmation email or call. If you plan to pay after this window, please confirm product availability with us first.

3. Product Availability We cannot guarantee availability of items if payment is delayed beyond the 36-hour window (for bank transfers). If any item is out of stock, you may select an alternative product/design/color of equal value. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable items.

4. Order Confirmation Orders without timely confirmation or payment may be cancelled without notice.

5. Domestic & International Orders All orders — domestic and international — are processed only after advance payment is received. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
